An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Beverage Manager to join one of Scotlands most prestigious five:star hotels.
This role calls for a creative and commercially minded professional with a deep appreciation for fine wines, premium spirits, and exceptional service standards. Youll lead the beverage strategy across multiple outlets, from elegant bars and lounges to destination restaurants and private events, ensuring every guest experience is memorable, distinctive, and flawlessly executed.
As Beverage Manager, you will take ownership of all beverage operations across the hotel. Youll inspire, train, and develop your team to deliver world:class service, while ensuring profitability and consistency across all venues.
Responsibilities
* Developing and implementing the hotels beverage concept and strategy
* Overseeing the selection, purchasing, and inventory management of all beverages
* Managing and motivating bar and sommelier teams to deliver exceptional service
* Monitoring financial performance, cost control, and margin targets
* Driving innovation through seasonal menus, mixology trends, and wine programmes
* Maintaining full compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations
* Collaborating with the culinary and F and B leadership teams to enhance the overall guest experience
Requirements
* Proven experience as Beverage Manager, Bar Manager within a 5* hotel or luxury environment
* Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktail trends
* Strong leadership and people development skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
