Salesforce Technical Architect | Contract | Inside IR35 | London
Position: Salesforce Technical Architect – CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Sales & Service
Location: London, UK
Work Model: Hybrid – Flexible (up to 4 days per week on-site)
Contract Type: 6-month+ contract
Key Qualifications & Expertise:
* Extensive Salesforce CRM Implementation background with 12+ years of experience.
* Over 5 years as a Technical Architect, specializing in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Revenue Clouds.
* Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ/Salesforce Revenue Cloud—a must-have skill.
* Deep knowledge of Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOSL, SOQL, Data loaders, and Salesforce automation tools (Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, and Customizations).
* Strong understanding of Product & Pricing configuration, CPQ approvals, data migration, Quote-to-Cash workflows, approval processes, and Order & Billing management.
* 6–8 years designing and developing tailored solutions within Salesforce Revenue Cloud and the broader SFDC ecosystem.
* Experienced in engaging multiple stakeholders, driving discussions, and achieving consensus in cross-functional teams.
* Ability to lead business workshops with both IT and business teams.
Preferred Skills & Additional Knowledge:
* Strong grasp of the Lead-to-Cash process.
* Exposure to business change management strategies.
* Proven experience crafting custom features and enhancements across Salesforce Revenue Cloud and SFDC systems.
