Customer and Administration Manager – Clerkenwell, London (Full-Time)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Customer and Administration Manager to join a small, dynamic team in Clerkenwell, London. This is a great opportunity for someone with a hands-on attitude who enjoys interacting with clients and thrives in a close-knit work environment.
Salary: Up to £40,000 per year (depending on experience)
Working arrangement: Flexible remote working; training requires three days per week in the office, followed by two days from home
About the Role:
The successful candidate will manage key administrative and customer service functions, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality client interactions. Training will be provided both in the UK and Germany to ensure you are fully prepared.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage orders from receipt through to delivery using German order placement software (AS400 and Infopool)
* Create and update customer accounts
* Liaise with clients, production teams, and shipping partners in the UK and Germany
* Assist with the invoicing process
* Schedule and manage deliveries with UK dealers, warehouses, or direct-to-site
General Duties:
* Maintain the client database
* Welcome clients and provide sales support
* Handle general showroom and office management tasks
