Job Description: As Marketing Channel Manager for Paslode, you will play a key role in driving brand growth and customer engagement across UK & Ireland distribution channels. Reporting to the Brand Communications Manager, you will work closely with the Commercial Team and Key Accounts to develop and execute impactful marketing initiatives—primarily in the digital space. Your focus will be on implementing channel strategies, strengthening brand presence, and supporting ITW’s growth objectives, ensuring Paslode remains the preferred choice for our customers. This is an exciting mid-level opportunity for a strategic marketer with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple partners / projects at the same time. Primary responsibilities & Accountabilities: Develop and execute a channel marketing strategy aligned with the Paslode brand plan. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to enhance Brand visibility, loyalty, and growth opportunities. Analyse Negotiate and plan channel media packages to ensure brand growth, while keeping track of channel and promotional calendars Develop and implement targeted trade marketing initiatives to support product launches, seasonal campaigns and national promotions Analyse impact and return of the actions. Maintain metrics for tracking/reporting marketing activities to ensure effectiveness and ROI. Managing investment and budgets with kay partners and commercial team Achieve sales growth targets with key channel partners Identify opportunities & develop strategic action plans which deliver high quality reach ROI Identify market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights. Support trade days and customer events as needed. Job Requirements: Proven experience in Channel Marketing from current or previous roles, with a strong understanding of distribution channels and partner engagement strategies. Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations effectively on behalf of the business, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and long-term partnerships. Proactive, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving growth in a competitive market. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with the ability to create professional reports, presentations, and analyses. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, capable of building trust and collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Flexibility and willingness to travel within the UK to support channel partners, attend events, and strengthen relationships. Valid full UK driving licence required for travel commitments. Hybrid working: Home and Office - up to 3 visits to the Crawley office a month
