You will receive training on the job as well as the opportunity to gain an industry recognized apprenticeship. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Sourcing & advertising candidates for live vacancies, formatting CVs, updating databases, building rapport with clients, generating leads & referrals, building your own pipeline of candidates, meeting established deadlines for long-term goals.
