An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Executive Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a stunning coastal resort in Falmouth. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary leader with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
As Executive Head Chef, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensure the highest standards of quality and food safety, and manage kitchen operations efficiently. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the resort’s reputation for excellence in hospitality and cuisine, while supporting growth in awards and recognition. Monitoring guest feedback and continuously improving culinary offerings will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

10. Extensive experience as an Executive Head Chef or senior culinary leader
11. Strong leadership and team management skills

14. Flexible and able to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
