Overview
Aftersales Manager required to join the Service department at Marshall Grimsby to lead in delivering outstanding customer service and driving commercial success.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service department, managing productivity and efficiency across the team.
* Lead, coach and inspire a team of Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts and other vital members of the Service department to deliver great customer outcomes while meeting targets.
* Take accountability for departmental financials, working with the Head of Business and support teams to ensure profitability, compliance and consistent customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a positive team culture, drive performance and professional development across the department.
* Manage a large and diverse team, setting clear expectations and leading by example.
* Ensure excellence in customer service, with a focus on analytical oversight and compliance with manufacturer and industry standards.
Qualifications
* Experience as Aftersales or Service Manager with a strong background in Service operations.
* Ability to manage a large and diverse team effectively while setting clear expectations.
* Excellent customer service acumen and analytical skills with a focus on compliance with manufacturer and industry standards.
* Strong alignment with company values and ability to foster a positive working environment.
