We are seeking an exceptional Account Executive Leader to join a high-performing Insurance Broker based in Manchester. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone with deep experience in managing complex, high-value insurance relationships.
You will be responsible for leading a team of four Senior Account Executives, each managing substantial books of business comprised of multinational clients and high-ticket accounts. These are well-established client portfolios, requiring strategic oversight and support to ensure continued growth, retention, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, mentor, and support a team of experienced Senior Account Executives
2. Drive performance, client satisfaction, and retention across major corporate accounts
3. Act as a senior point of contact for escalations and strategic client conversations
4. Work closely with leadership to align team objectives with wider business goals
5. Ensure best-in-class service delivery and commercial outcomes for large-scale clients
What We're Looking For:
6. Proven track record in leading a team of Account Executives within an Insurance Brokerage
7. Strong leadership and team development skills
8. Experience handling multinational or big-ticket clients
9. Deep understanding of complex client needs within a corporate environment
