Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, trustworthy, and proactive Accounts & Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will demonstrate integrity, work well on their own initiative, and be responsible for managing financial transactions, supporting health and safety initiatives, overseeing social media engagement, and performing general administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Post supplier invoices.
· Post remittances and direct debit transactions accurately.
· Raise customer invoices and credit notes.
· Credit control.
· Match invoices to purchase orders.
· Process credit card statements and verify against receipts.
· Request order numbers from customers to facilitate invoicing.
· Manage online orders for suppliers without formal accounts.
· Perform general filing and organise documentation systematically.
· Maintain the hire book with precise records of vehicle movements.
· Ensure vehicles are correctly located and invoiced appropriately.
· Distribute weekly Health & Safety paperwork to employees for audit and action.
· Manage and update the company's social media accounts with professionalism.
· Create and publish engaging posts as needed to promote company activities.
· Maintain up-to-date customer database records.
· Foster customer engagement by connecting and inviting customers to follow our pages.
· Place ad hoc orders and execute tasks as requested by management.
· Maintain stock levels of office cleaning supplies.
· Provide cover for the Hire Desk and Compliance functions when required.
· Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
· Maintain and update ISO 14001, 9001, and 45001 documentation in preparation for annual audits.

Pay: £25,340.00-£28,000.00 per year
