Remuneration & Benefits
* Salary: £40,000–£45,000, depending on qualifications and experience
* Generous holiday allowance: 25 days plus bank holidays
* 10% total pension contribution (2.5% employee, 7.5% employer)
* Potential bonus up to 10%

Key Responsibilities
* Hands‑on project management across the full lifecycle of product launches
* Coordinating all technical aspects of launches
* Build strong rapport across internal departments to support on‑time delivery
* Reporting on project status and progress
* Monitoring project budgets
* Managing engineering changes
* Representing the project in meetings with key stakeholders and customers
* Working hours: Monday‑Thursday 8:00am‑5:00pm; Friday 8:00am‑3:30pm (some flexibility available)
Qualifications & Experience
* A technical or engineering background gained in the manufacturing sector
* Full project management ownership experience
* Experience working with cross‑functional teams, including design, manufacturing and procurement
* Good people skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
