The Vacancy Responsible for ensuring the company meets the Sentinel and Network Rail Standards requirements, including competence, compliance, Rail Training and Engineering Administration. Main Responsibilities Control Access to Explore’s Sentinel Portal Users. Monitor Sentinel account (quarterly billing reviews). Conduct Sentinel checks as requested and the management of sponsorships. Ensuring cards are ordered, controlled and distribute for all PTS staff. Ensure all Alleged breaches of the Sentinel Scheme Rules are investigated by the Primary Sponsor. Maintaining all records associated with a misconduct investigation and providing these to Network Rail Sentinel Investigations and Primary Sponsors when required. Requesting permission to use an individual from their Primary Sponsor when using Sub-Sponsor. Co-ordinate Medical and Drug and Alcohol tests to the relevant Group standard. Co-ordinate Rail medical referrals. Fatigue Management Regulations compliance. Ensure Rail/OTP training and assessment is delivered in compliance with relevant industry and company standards. Maintain Rail Personnel Training Matrix and rail training requirements are identified in advance of expiry. Assisting with audit paperwork and preparation for accreditations to include ISO/RISQS Upload completed Training/Assessments to Sentinel Training Portal. Update NSAR events Calendar with Candidates' training/assessment bookings. Manage NSAR Training Requirements. Manage Maintenance Requirements. Skills/Knowledge Knowledge of Network Rail rules and regulations. Ideally have knowledge in the Rail Industry. Previous administration experience, ideally in Sentinel or a training/Compliance environment. Be a strong team player and be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. A strong level of IT competency, including Microsoft Office and Excel, is essential.
