As a Housekeeping Assistant, your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, and welcoming environment. Your attention to detail will be reflected in the environment you create. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning tasks, you'll do so with kindness and professionalism.
HC-One is looking for a Housekeeping Assistant with or without previous experience, as we provide comprehensive training. You should have excellent time management and organizational skills. A positive attitude, good energy, and the ability to communicate effectively and kindly with residents and colleagues are essential.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to act if concerns arise. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and to undertake additional training as needed. You should also be able to seek advice and escalate concerns appropriately.
