Graphic Designer
Reports To: Brand Manager
Location: Head Office, Tobermore Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week (Mon - Fri 9am -5pm)
Role Summary
Production of artwork in a creative and professional manner in line with the Tobermore brand guidelines to meet the requirements of the business and the marketing strategy.

About The Role
Duties will include:
* Develop creative ideas to achieve the branding strategy and enhance brand identity.
* Design illustrations, logos, and other visual content that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
* Interpret and implement design request briefs to meet project requirements and goals.
* Schedule projects and conceptualise visuals based on specific requirements, ensuring timely delivery.
* Collaborate with the branding team to produce visual content for product marketing and social media campaigns.
* Work collaboratively with the Brand Manager and Senior Graphic Designer to develop 'best in class' design concepts that will elevate the brand.
* Create artwork for marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with branding standards.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams such as HR, production, and transport to create required collateral, including branded internal documents.
* Design presentations and CPD materials to support internal and external training initiatives.
* Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve and innovate.
* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
* Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality results.
* Carry out duties and responsibilities as required and deemed within your competence by your manager.

Required Criteria
* A degree or qualification in a design related discipline.
* 1 years’ experience in Graphic Design. • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
* Experience in designing for various formats, including print, digital, and presentations.
* Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory, Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements.
