What you will be doing as an Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager your responsibilities will involve supporting the day‑to‑day management and operation of your unit and colleagues: including driving sales, unit budget and P&L, delivering brand standards, Health & Safety and recruitment. You will be responsible for driving consistent high quality customer service, reporting to the Restaurant Manager, feeding back on potential issues, progress and overall performance.
What Skills & Knowledge you’ll need
* An understanding of maximising profit by driving sales and controlling costs
* An ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders
* Adhering to and ensuring delivery of brand standards
* An emerging track record in managing and leading teams in a high volume, retail or catering brand environment
* An efficient and productive manager, ensuring delivery of tasks in an effective and timely manner
