JOB SPECIFICATION
Reports to: Operations Manager
Contract: Shifts are 10 hours, nights, working a rotation Monday to Sunday.
Based: Student accommodation sites across the United Kingdom
Salary: £12.21 per hour.
Location: Exeter

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for somebody reliable, well mannered, with good communication skills and a valid SIA Front Line Security Guard Licence. With a keen eye and a brilliant way with people, you must be a friendly face who enjoys helping the public and being on your feet all day. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ability to communicate fluently in English
* Able to identify and deter criminal activity and escalate where appropriate
* Have a pro-active approach to access control, activity monitoring, and maintaining a visible security presence.
* Ensuring fire safety & health and safety policies and regulations are adhered to.
* Assist residents in a polite and friendly manner if approached with queries, with redirection to the appropriate personnel for help.
