Were looking for a confident and forward-thinking Operations Finance Manager to support our distribution network across the South regions. Based in Enfield, youll be embedded in our depot operations across the South, partnering closely with the Head of Distribution. This is a hands-on, site-facing role with real visibility across the business. Youll be part of the wider finance network, joining weekly calls and face-to-face meetups. Key Accountabilities and Measures Lead budgeting and quarterly forecasting for distribution costs Oversee weekly and periodic costs for all associated depots Process owner for secondary driver labour, and fleet costs Support projects and new infrastructure from a finance perspective Drive process improvements and identify risks and opportunities Mentor and develop Assistant Finance Managers Influence and engage stakeholders across the distribution leadership team Why Join Us?
