Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead with strong experience managing a team of Data Consultants and managing client stakeholders to join our team on a permanent basis.
Ideally, the person who fills this role will have extensive experience with Manufacturing data objects and has hands-on experience loading manufacturing data multiple times across complex programmes, as well as a good understanding of Finance data objects.
You will play a key role in helping the business understand how manufacturing data connects end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and readiness for cutover activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and execute data migration activities.
2. Support in validating or loading any data objects.
3. Work closely with business and functional teams to explain how data ties together across SAP.
4. Collaborate with technical and functional colleagues to validate, reconcile, and cleanse data.
5. Support cutover planning and go-live readiness activities.
6. Ensure all migration activities adhere to security and compliance requirements.
7. Work closely with business stakeholders to explain how data fits together across processes.
8. Support data mapping, transformation, and cleansing activities.
