Part-Time Admin Assistant (Engineering & Sheet Metal Fabrication)
Hours: 15–25 per week, flexible (to suit you – e.g. school-friendly)
Location: Brierley Hill, West Midlands - DY5
Pay: £14 per hour
Type: Part-time, permanent
We're currently working with a busy, local engineering and sheet metal fabrication company, who are looking for a reliable Admin Assistant to help with general office and basic accounts tasks.
Main duties:
* Answering calls, emails & dealing with visitors
* Invoicing customers & processing purchase invoices
* Data entry, filing & record keeping
* Ordering supplies & basic admin support
* Assisting with quotes & paperwork as needed
You’ll need:
* Previous admin or accounts experience
* Good with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Organised, attentive to detail & able to work independently
* Experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero/Sage) is useful but training can be given
