The Challenge…

As a customer service and invoicing clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

14. Customer Engagement: Act as the primary contact for service department customers, delivering exceptional service and addressing their needs.
15. Service Scheduling: Coordinate customer service appointments with the service team and workshop controller, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
16. Maintenance Oversight: Verify vehicle maintenance intervals and ensure accurate planning for service needs.
17. Customer Interaction: Greet customers professionally, understand their requirements, and facilitate smooth service processes.
18. Workshop Efficiency: Collaborate with the Workshop Controller, and Service Advisors to optimise workshop capacity and productivity
19. Sales Opportunities: Proactively promote products and services, highlighting benefits to customers.
20. Accurate Documentation: Ensure job card instructions are precise for technicians and invoicing teams.
21. Administrative Support: Manage required administrative tasks efficiently, including coordinating with dealer-point managers and workshop supervisors.

The Day to Day:

22. 42 hours a week
23. Alternative shifts. Early/ late
24. Early: 06:30 – 15:00
25. Late: 09:30 – 18:00
26. Every other Saturday

What we’re looking for…

27. A friendly, and approachable individual, committed to customer service.
28. Team-orientated with organisational, analytical and administrative skills.
29. Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and embrace new challenges
30. Calm under pressure, with a positive attitude and a knack for problem-solving
31. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and general computer literacy
