I'm working exclusively with a well-established planning and design consultancy based in Shropshire that is growing its team due to a strong and varied pipeline of work. Whether you're looking for a hybrid model with access to a collaborative office space or prefer to work fully remotely, this is a rare opportunity to shape your role around your lifestyle.
The Role:
You'll work on a diverse mix of projects across residential, commercial, rural, and mixed-use developments - from initial site appraisal and strategy through to application and appeal. This role will suit someone confident in managing client relationships and taking ownership of projects, with the backing of a highly experienced and friendly multidisciplinary team.
Depending on your experience, you'll join as a Town Planner or step into a Senior Planner role with clear progression to Associate.
What You'll Need:
MRTPI qualified (or working towards it)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a consultancy, local authority, or client-side role
Strong understanding of UK planning policy and application process
Confident communicator, capable of managing client relationships and deadlines
A proactive, team-oriented approach
