Book qualified meetings and follow through until confirmed. Qualify leads accurately and handle objections with confidence. Keep CRM data clean and deliver weekly updates clients can rely on. Share feedback and ideas to help improve campaigns and results. What we're looking for Proven confidence on the phone (cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting). Clear, professional communication - spoken and written. Track record of hitting activity or sales targets. Comfortable using a CRM and keeping notes up to date. Self-motivated, consistent, and action-oriented. Bonus B2B outbound sales experience. Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting or sales tools. Experience working with founders or small businesses. Hybrid considered, if you can travel to Reading, UK. Hours : Part-time, 20 flexible hours per week between 9-5pm Salary: £15,000 - £18,000 (depending on experience) Commission: Uncapped, based on successful meetings booked and attended (OTE £3–5k annually on top of base)
