Job Overview Job purpose Duties Will Include Assisting with basic administration under the supervision of the Office Manager. Answering/making telephone calls in a professional manner. General reception duties. Welcoming clients & visitors. General upkeep of the offices, files and filing system. Making tea/coffee for staff & visitors. Photocopying, printing, typing and scanning documents. Assisting the Senior Solicitor & Trainee Solicitors when required. Running errands (e.g. taking documents to Sheriff Court, Post Office, etc) Dealing with incoming & outgoing mail. Any other ad-hoc duties as required. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your administration career with the scope to develop and learn the legal system. You will gain valuable experience that may enable further development within the team. You will work under the guidance of the Senior Secretary within the Legal Admin Team.
