The University Childcare Services oversees the University Nurseries, offers an information service and operates the University Holiday Playscheme. These services are available to University Staff and Students.
The Role:
We seek two Family Information and Support Assistants. In this varied and rewarding role, youll help support and deliver workshops, events, stay-and-play sessions, and information services for staff and students with family or caring responsibilities. Youll also play an active part in delivering engaging, safe, and inclusive play activities during the University Holiday Playscheme.
You will work closely with the Family Information and Support Manager to ensure families across the University feel welcomed, heard, and supported.

Elements of this role are suitable for hybrid working, where staff can split their time between in-person collaboration and remote working. The frequency of the remote elements of the role can be discussed with the recruiting manager.
