We are a family-run organisation that has collectively spent the last 40 years working in education. After working as a special needs teacher, Renu Kapila opened her first nursery in 1991. Together with her husband, Paul, the setting grew into the largest single-site nursery in the UK. Their passion for childcare and innovation in education saw them achieve Ofsted Outstanding and the NMT’s first award for Best Design.

Who we are looking for?
* Passionate, dedicated practitioners looking to build a long term career
* Enthusiasm for work with the ability to sing loudly in front of lots of tiny humans.
* Commitment to exceptional childcare with a positive approach to learning new skills
* Understanding of EYFS - planning an engaging curriculum and being prepared to have fun and get messy
* Being a 'team player', offering an extra pair of hands for warm hugs and strong hands to juggle multiple babies
* Level 2 or 3 qualified (unqualified also considered based upon experience)
