Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Partnerships Administrator to help manage key operational and compliance tasks within our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth handling of documentation, calculations, and installer communications, particularly relating to MCS requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out Heat Loss Calculations to support technical and installation planning.
* Manage MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) documentation, ensuring all records are accurately filed and audit-ready.
* Organise and file invoices, both digitally and physically, as needed.
* Liaise with installers to request and chase any missing documentation or information required for compliance and audit preparation.
* Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for internal data tracking and reporting.
* Use QuickBooks to manage invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
Key Skills and Experience
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience with Excel for data management and reporting.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
* Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with installers and team members.
* Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role is desirable.
* Knowledge of the MCS framework would be advantageous, full training will be provided.
* A self-starter with strong initiative and desire to learn. We are a small team, efficiency and a proactive approach is crucial.
