We're partnering with a well-known retail brand as they grow their in-house marketing team.
They're now looking for a Social Media Content Creator to take real ownership of their organic social presence, particularly TikTok. This is a hands-on, creative role where you'll be filming, editing, posting and building community, not just scheduling content from behind a desk.
This is a fully office-based role, five days per week, with regular travel to stores and marketing events. A full UK driving licence and access to your own car is essential.
The Role
You'll sit at the heart of the brand's social storytelling, bringing ideas to life across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
Owning and driving the organic social content strategy
Creating and publishing content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
Filming, editing and starring in short-form video content
Building and growing the brand's TikTok community
Attending store visits, launches and marketing events to capture content
Reacting quickly to trends and applying them in a brand-relevant way
Monitoring, analysing and reporting on social performance
Collaborating with marketing, ecommerce and external partners
A portfolio showcasing previous TikTok content you've independently created or featured in will be required as part of the process.
What We're Looking For
2 years' full-time experience in a social media content creation role
Proven experience creating content specifically for TikTok
Confident being on camera and acting as the face of a brand channel
Strong copywriting skills for social captions and engagement
Experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro
Ability to analyse performance data and optimise content accordingly
Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
Experience within fashion, beauty or retail is highly desirable
Full UK driving licence and access to your own car

Location
This is a fully office-based role, five days per week, based in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. This makes the position commutable from areas such as Leicester, Lutterworth, Kettering, Corby, Oakham, Uppingham, Northampton, Rugby and surrounding parts of Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.
