Job Description
The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. They are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. They leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. They also lead talent management, including recruiting, training, engagement, and development. The role requires showing up daily with professionalism to create an inclusive environment for both team and customers.
