Part-Time Bid Manager

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join a leading construction company on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will have full responsibility for the preparation and management of bids and tenders, including PQQs.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and prepare all PQQs and tender submissions.
* Lead the bid/tender process from inception through to award.
* Analyse and assess pre-qualification and tender requirements.
* Liaise with senior management, commercial teams, and subject matter experts to develop winning strategies.
* Prepare professional, client-facing documents and presentations.
* Ensure all bid-related documentation is accurate, compliant, and centrally managed.
* Identify potential opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience managing bids and tenders, ideally within construction, FM, or a related sector.
* Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to deliver complex submissions under tight deadlines.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with Adobe InDesign and MS Project desirable.
* Self‑motivated with high attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
