Corporate Associate - 4+ Years PQE
Location: Swansea (with hybrid flexibility)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience)
We are seeking a talented Corporate Associate (4+ PQE) to join a growing Corporate team in Swansea. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate transactions within a friendly, supportive and ambitious environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise on M&A, private equity, joint ventures and restructurings
* Draft and negotiate key transaction documents
* Manage due diligence processes
* Lead negotiations and manage transactions end to end
* Provide strategic corporate advice across multiple sectors
* Support business development and networking initiatives
* Mentor junior colleagues
* Keep knowledge up to date
About You
* 4+ years' PQE in corporate law
* Strong experience in M&A and corporate advisory work
* Excellent drafting and analytical skills
* Strong commercial awareness
* Confident managing your own caseload
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* A proactive and collaborative approach
