Payments Programme Manager – HIRING ASAP

Duration: 6 Months
Location: 2 days per week in Northampton office & 3 days per week working from home
Rate: £400 - £417 per day inside IR35
Skills:
* Extensive skill in Business Analysis with payments domain experience.
* Experience in Payments module of Core banking systems and ability to handle the complete payment life cycle in banking.
* Ability to work within an agile environment, with a good knowledge of project management techniques, analytical tools, and processes.
* Ability to juggle priorities and work under pressure.
* Background in a bank, payments solutions provider or other fast-paced/complex environment essential
* Strong interpersonal skills as expected for dealing with an important client base.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and drive articulation of requirements from a business and technical perspective.
* Be the primary point of contact to the stakeholders for engagements under your management.
* Provide input with solutioning proposal including design and associated costing.
* Be at the forefront of interactions with clients to obtain requirements, impact assessments, create BRDs, design solutions, collaborate with various teams and multiple stakeholders.
* Work as part of a team or individually for product enhancements and deliverables.
* Proactively manage the full process from requirement gathering to delivery.
* Support project managers in generating status and analysis reports regularly.
