THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has become available for a proactive and positive Chief Marketing Officer at a pivotal time of transition and change for Burnley Football Club.
THE PERSON
Are you a strong and empathetic leader who can motivate and inspire a creative team to achieve objectives? If so, you may be our next Chief Marketing Officer.
The ideal candidate will be have a minimum of 8 years' experience of working in a relevant role with a proven track record of success in brand management, campaign creation and execution, and audience value growth. You will also need to have a flexible approach to workand be able to work evenings and weekends.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
As theChief Marketing Officer, youwill be expected to:
* Transmit brand messaging and maintain brand integrity through all Club channels by collaborating with the Creative Director and Executive Producer, helping to develop brand strategy.
* Build upon Club strategy and marketing roadmap, liaising with senior leadership and heads of departments to capitalise on Club football schedules and key events.
* Lead initiatives to grow the Club’s global audiences and long-term value of audiences by working with senior leaders and business departments.
* Continuously seek opportunities to optimise revenue streams and business success through strategic campaigns and leveraging club assets. Explore innovative revenue-generating initiatives to enhance commercial performance.
* Be a team player, setting the example of high performance and hard work whilst maintaining a calm, compassionate, and composed working environment.
