Were looking for a sharp-eyed, warm-spirited individual to help us ensure our in-store experience lives up to the standard we set on paper. Over the course of two months, you'll visit our London stores (one per week), posing as a regular customer, and discreetly assess how closely our team members are following our 10-point sales guide. You dont need a background in retail, but you do need to know what good service feels like the kind that leaves you feeling understood rather than sold to. Youll receive an hours training before you begin, so you know exactly what to look out for. You will need to be analytical and organised with a good memory. Whats involved: One store visit per week, across various London locations Each visit will last approximately 1530 minutes You'll complete a short feedback report after each visit A one-hour training session before your first assignment The contract runs for two months
