Elite Personnel is working in partnership with a forward-thinking and expanding law firm that is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to strengthen its established team.
This role offers the chance to handle a diverse and stimulating commercial property caseload, acting for a broad range of clients including business owners, developers, and landowners, while being part of a firm that places real emphasis on collaboration and career development.
The Opportunity
* The successful candidate will take responsibility for a wide range of commercial property matters, including:
o Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
o Preparation and renewal of commercial leases for both landlords and tenants
o Deeds of Grant, Variation, and Assignment
o Overage and related property agreements
Key aspects of the role
* Drafting and negotiating commercial property documentation
* Delivering clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice
* Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
* Contributing to business development initiatives and team growth
About You
* Admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales
* Solid technical expertise in commercial property law
* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
* A proactive team player with the ability to work independently
