We are a multidisciplinary respiratory team delivering a community respiratory service in West Hertfordshire 7 days a week, providing expert specialist care to patients with chronic respiratory disease.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing expert physiotherapy input and leadership to the Pulmonary Rehabilitation team.
* Working with a diverse population in settings such as gyms and community halls.
* Participating in research, audit, and service improvement.
* Engaging in comprehensive respiratory patient care, including home visits, clinics, virtual wards, home oxygen assessments, and hospital-at-home services.

Position details:
* Hours: 37.5 hours/week
* Work pattern: 7 days a week (9am-5pm, including weekends)
