About the role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
1. Support the class teacher in delivering a high-quality early years curriculum.
2. Promote play-based, child-led learning and encourage curiosity and independence.
3. Provide nurturing support to children as they develop social and communication skills.
4. Assist in preparing engaging activities and resources that reflect EYFS goals.
5. Observe, record, and contribute to pupil progress assessments.
6. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive.
