Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) – Bognor Regis
A well-established and forward-thinking primary care provider in Bognor Regis is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join their dynamic multidisciplinary team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within a supportive and progressive environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing advanced clinical care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing, for patients with both acute and chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Independently manage and triage a wide range of patients, both face-to-face and remotely
2. Undertake thorough clinical assessments and make informed decisions based on sound clinical reasoning
3. Prescribe medications appropriately and safely within scope of practice
4. Contribute to QOF, clinical audits, and service development
5. Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, HCAs, and the wider healthcare team
6. Support chronic disease management and minor illness clinics
Essential Requirements:
1. Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
2. Master’s level qualification in Advanced Practice (or equivalent)
3. Independent Prescriber (V300)
4. Proven experience working autonomously in a primary care or urgent care setting
5. Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
