The Role
We’re seeking a confident and charismatic Head Bartender to join the vibrant front of house team at The Roof Gardens. As a warm and professional presence, you’ll become a familiar face to our members, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proven experience as a Head Bartender in the luxury hospitality market
* Advanced mixology skills and a genuine passion for your craft, with extensive knowledge of premium spirits, and a drive to continuously innovate the drinks offering
* Consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences with a strong commitment to service excellence
* Lead, motivate, and support the bars team, ensuring effective training, clear communication of duties, and high-performance standards
* Take full ownership of the bars, conducting thorough pre- and post-shift checks to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness
* Assist the Bars Manager in completing all necessary administration for the bars team
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
