They are now looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join their growing aftersales team. This role is perfect for a motivated automotive professional looking for stability, progression, and the chance to further develop their career.
You will work alongside a fantastic manager and an ex-technician now specialising in parts, gaining hands-on guidance, industry insights, and expert support. The role also includes manufacturer training to expand your technical knowledge and expertise.
Salary & Benefits
* £30,000 – £32,000 Basic Salary

* Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm / 5:30pm (flexible, discussed at interview)

Key Responsibilities
* Handle daily parts enquiries from both workshop technicians and retail customers
* Source and order automotive parts from OEM and aftermarket suppliers
* Maintain accurate stock levels and manage inventory efficiently
* Process invoices, purchase orders, and parts returns
* Build strong relationships with suppliers and trade customers
* Ensure smooth parts distribution to keep the workshop running efficiently
* Deliver top-quality customer service in a professional dealership environment
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade
* Strong knowledge of automotive parts and supplier networks
* Experience with dealer management systems (DMS) preferred
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
* Full UK driving licence preferred
