Job Title: Hub Enablement Worker Location: Bingham (Nottinghamshire) Salary: £15.66 per hour Contract Type: 30 hours per week – 09:00am – 15:00pm, Temp contract. Department: Adult Social Care and Health (ASCH) Make a difference every day. We're looking for caring, committed, and motivated individuals to join our team as Hub Enablement Workers. As a Hub Enablement Worker, you’ll be delivering a range of day opportunity activities and providing personal care and support to individuals across our community hubs and services. You’ll work both one-to-one and with groups, helping people develop their independence and engage in meaningful activities that matter to them. What you’ll do: Provide personal, emotional, and practical support in line with individual care plans Facilitate engaging day opportunities both in hub settings and out in the community Promote independence, well-being, and dignity at all times Contribute to risk assessments and care planning Support individuals with medication and transport as required Work collaboratively with carers, families, and professionals What we’re looking for: A relevant care qualification (or willingness to work towards a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care) Experience supporting adults in a care, support, or community setting Ability to support personal care needs respectfully and sensitively Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and high-quality service delivery What you’ll get: Ongoing training and development Opportunity to make a real impact in people’s lives Supportive team environment If you are interested in the role and would like to contact me for further information on the role you can contact myself on the details below.
