Salary:£25,000 PA (Plus a £500 bonus on completion of probation)
Hours:Mon to Friday - 9am-5pm (Part Time options Available)
Annual Leave: 25 Days plus Bank Holidays

How do Learning Support Workers contribute to the Team?
1. Provide support, care and teaching to autistic adult learners
2. Plan, prepare and deliver activities supporting the development of knowledge and skills
3. Provide behaviourally based support to reduce behaviours that impact quality of life
4. Support adult learners participation in social, leisure and educational activities within the local community, applying theory-based learning to practice
5. Support adult learners to access work experience and employment opportunities
6. Track adult learners progress, ensuring support, care and teaching is appropriate and effective
