We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support the operation of our School Aged Immunisation Service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for retrieving data from databases, following instructions, handling queries, preparing documents, reporting on performance, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
* Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested
* Follow instruction from the Operations Manager/Team Leader and work in line with the Standard Operating Procedure for School Immunisation
* Handle queries from managers and employees
* Promptly answer questions of staff and other stakeholders
* Prepare and file forms and other documents
* Measure and report on project performance
* Act as the point of contact for all participants
* Oversee day-to-day operation
* Analyse all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the Manager
Job Requirements
* Data Retrieval: Ability to retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested.
* Communication: Excellent communication skills to handle queries from managers and employees, and to promptly answer questions of staff and other stakeholders.
* Organisation: Strong organisational skills to prepare and file forms and other documents, and to measure and report on project performance.
* Problem Solving: Ability to analyse all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
What We Offer
A dynamic and rapidly growing company contracted by NHS England to provide school-aged immunisations. Our School Aged Immunisation Service operates primarily in schools for children of primary and secondary age, with some deliveries in community clinic settings.
