Human Resources Business Partner

Reporting to: HR Manager

The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with the operations and technical client group across 2 businesses. You’ll provide expert generalist HR advice, drive recruitment and development strategies, and help shape a fair, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with managers to develop and deliver effective people strategies
* Lead and support recruitment, succession planning, and onboarding
* Provide advice on employee relations, policy, and employment law
* Promote employee engagement, development, and performance
* Collaborate with HR and L&D teams on key projects and initiatives
About You:
* CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
* Excellent employee relations experience
* HR generalist experience in a commercial, fast-paced environment
* Strong communicator, problem solver, and team player
* Confident advising managers and influencing change
* Experience in manufacturing (desirable)
