We're a growing MEP contractor with a strong pipeline of construction projects across London and the South East, and we're looking for an ambitious early-career tradesperson to join our team — someone we can develop into a working supervisor as our workload expands over the coming months. This is more than just a tools-in-hand role. From day one, you'll be working on live construction sites and gaining exposure to site coordination. As projects ramp up, you'll take on increasing responsibility — managing workflow, coordinating with other trades, and leading small teams.
