We have big plans and want to make a difference. Do you? The Role: As Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our European growth strategy. You’ll: Lead business development efforts across Europe, with a strong focus on Germany and Sweden. Travel extensively to meet customers, attend exhibitions, and represent AEM at key industry events. Build and manage strong relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and commercial vehicle manufacturers. Use market intelligence to shape product development and align with AEM’s strategic vision. Identify emerging trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics to keep AEM ahead of the curve. Speak a second European language—German preferred—to support relationship-building and market penetration. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in electric motors, transmissions, or related technologies. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messages. Experience working in ISO9001 environments and managing commercial processes. A track record of selling into automotive or commercial vehicle sectors, including negotiating supply agreements.
