As the business continues to scale, they are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the management accounts production and support the Finance Director in managing the team, as well as supporting operational and commercial decision-making by partnering with Directors across the business. This is a high-visibility opportunity with a clear route to an FC-level role. You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment for the business, with lots of improvements to be made across systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and forecasts Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units Provide financial analysis to support commercial and operational decision-making Contribute to business growth through robust performance tracking and forecasting Partner with the Team leader and Directors to drive financial strategy and improve operational performance. Systems and process improvement Identify and deliver improvements to existing finance processes and controls Manage the preparation of the management accounts and provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to a small team. Skills and Attributes Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Minimum 1 year’s experience in team management Strong technical accounting knowledge and regulatory understanding Proven success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Hands-on mentality Proficient with financial systems and Excel Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to work at pace and take ownership in a scaling environment
