What will you be doing?
Programmes
* Power Hour – a one-off, one-hour session to provide tailored guidance to soon-to-be graduates.
* Career Mentoring – a 4-month long mentoring relationship designed to support students with developing their career readiness. This programme runs twice in the academic year.
Mentor Responsibilities
* Developing interpersonal and employability skills
* Understanding the link between academic studies and career aspirations
* Exploring career pathways and career planning
* Improving confidence and self-esteem
* Developing professional networks
