Are you a Quantity Surveyor working on NEC4 projects within the Engineering/Infrastructure industry?
PT Renewables is partnered with a one of the UK's largest construction clients, delivering projects across housebuilding, infrastructure and civil engineering.
One of the key infrastructure projects they are developing, within the Midlands, requires a brand-new Senior Quantity surveyor to manage, budget and schedule this multi-million pound project.
The Role
As a Senior Quantity Survey, you'll lead the commercial management of NEC 4 contracts, including forecasting, cost reporting, and contract administration.
Your day-to-day
* Oversee and manage project, ensuring adherence to programme schedules and budgets.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with client expectations.
* Drive cost efficiency through value engineering and effective procurement strategies.
* Ensure robust risk management and contractual compliance across all projects.
* Report on project performance and provide strategic commercial insights to senior leadership.
About you
* Proven track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally within civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
* Experience working with NEC 4 contracts
* Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets particularly within sub contractor delivery
* Strong knowledge of cost management, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field (RICS or CIOB accreditation is desirable).
