Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Workshop Manager to oversee daily operations within our workshop environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, supervisory experience, and proficiency. This role involves coordinating projects, supervising team members, and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. The successful applicant will play a vital role in maintaining workflow, managing resources, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties:
1. Lead a team who use technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
2. Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery.
3. Keep accurate records of work carried out and parts used, maintaining thorough documentation.
4. Maintain a high standard of housekeeping across all sections of OHSAS18001 accredited workshop.
5. Carry out scheduled inspections and services to ensure compliance with the company's operator license and DVSA regulations.
