They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and construction, with a focus on technical detailing and building regulations.
Your new role
As an Architectural Technician, you will be required to:
* Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
* Ensure all projects comply with building regulations and health and safety standards.
* Provide technical advice to the project team and clients.
* Attend site meetings and carry out inspections.
What you'll need to succeed
* Degree in Architecture or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
* Excellent knowledge of building regulations and construction methods.
* Strong communication and project management skills.
