Based at the headquarters of a leading technology company, you’ll be part of a dedicated shift team responsible for landlord services, covering electrical and mechanical maintenance across the site. Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) on all electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and minimise downtime. Carry out reactive maintenance issues promptly to maintain safety and operational continuity. Monitor and maintain building management systems (BMS) to control HVAC, lighting, and other critical site functions. Carry out testing and inspection of electrical equipment, including three-phase power distribution, emergency lighting, generators, and transformers. Maintain and service pumps, motors, compressors, chillers, and other mechanical plant equipment to ensure efficiency and reliability. Respond swiftly to emergency breakdowns or alarms, providing expert technical support to minimise disruption.
